Update to some response reward coupon items

Starting Monday, April 20 (KST), some response reward coupon items will be updated. For most items, only the fulfillment provider will change, so there will be little to no difference in how you use them. Items already saved in your cart can still be sent as usual.

However, there are two things we recommend checking in advance.

1. Some items will be discounted.

A small discount will be applied to selected items that are purchased frequently. The updated prices will be shown in the reward coupon list starting Monday.

Please note that discounts will not apply to items that were added to your cart before Monday, because they are treated as different items in the system. If you already have items in your cart, please compare their prices with the updated list. If an item is now discounted, add the new discounted item to your cart and complete your purchase with that version instead.

Please make sure to check this in advance so you do not miss the discount. Once an item has been sent, we cannot provide any post-issuance discount or refund.

2. Cultureland coupons will change from the current standard coupon to an online-only coupon.

The current standard coupon is valid for 5 years and can only be used at offline stores. The new online-only coupon is valid for 60 days and can be used both online and offline.

You can check where it can be used in the Cultureland app or on the Cultureland website.

Standard Cultureland coupons that are already in your cart can still be sent after Monday. However, they can no longer be newly added to the cart after Monday, and they will be removed from the coupon list. If you are planning to send the current standard Cultureland coupon, please add it to your cart before Monday.
